This role is ideal for hands-on technical professionals with industrial experience who are passionate about supporting vocational training and maintaining workshop operations. Available Specializations • Workshop Technician – HVAC • Workshop Technician – Pipefitting • Workshop Technician – Welding Key Responsibilities • Maintain all workshop equipment and ensure it is in good working condition. • Prepare workshops and training areas for practical lessons. • Coordinate with the Stock Controller to ensure the availability of tools, equipment, and consumables required for training. • Assist instructors during the delivery of practical workshop training. • Support the delivery of the practical components of the technical curriculum. • Help improve workshop training programs and practical activities. • Monitor trainees during workshop sessions and maintain a safe and organized training environment.
