CodeNinja is looking for a Transformation Office Governance Lead. About the Role To embed the Transformation Office in the domain's delivery model — governing the domain's governance cadence, prioritization and quarterly commitments, and giving the Transformation Office a live, unfiltered view of delivery. Reports to the Transformation Office; sits in the domain leadership team. Key Responsibilities • Chair the domain scrum of scrums and represent the domain in the cross-domain forum, driving blockers and actions to closure. • Oversee domain prioritization — challenge new demand, arbitrate trade-offs, keep the backlog ranked on value and capacity. • Provide end-to-end QBR support: data pack, narrative, prioritization case, capacity plan and dependency map. • Ensure adherence to QBR outcomes — translate decisions into roadmap, OKRs and squad backlogs and track them through the quarter. • Track delivery of the domain's strategic projects against the committed roadmap — milestones, dependencies, spend and benefits. • Report delivery drift early, with root cause, impact on QBR commitments and a recovery plan. • Orchestrate cross-domain collaboration on shared platforms, data, sequencing and shared squads. • Enforce Transformation Office governance and reporting standards as the single source of truth. • Escalate unresolved conflicts, capacity shortfalls and slippage.
