This role demands an individual who can navigate premium consumer psychology, communicate product value seamlessly, and meet high-ticket revenue targets. 📝 Key Responsibilities • Sales Excellence: Proactively engage showroom visitors, demonstrating Sealy’s product features, materials, and specialized posturepedic technology to convert interest into high-ticket sales. • Customer Consultations: Assess individual alignment concerns, comfort preferences, and sleep patterns to recommend custom mattress models. • Showroom Presentation: Maintain strict premium brand standards across all floor displays, ensuring visual merchandising compliance and price clarity. • Account & Client Management: Build long-term relationships with walk-in buyers, interior designers, and corporate accounts, ensuring thorough after-sales care and generating positive referrals. • Operational Systems: Seamlessly use active retail software including Point of Sale (POS) terminals, digital inventory systems, and delivery tracking tools. • Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with warehouse and fulfillment teams to accurately schedule and track product deliveries.
