Key Responsibilities • Guide clients in setting up their Salla online stores, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. • Provide training and support to clients on using the Salla platform effectively. • Assist customers in optimizing their product listings and store layout for maximum visibility and sales. • Troubleshoot issues related to store functionality and provide timely resolutions. • Monitor client performance metrics and suggest strategies for improvement. • Stay updated on the latest e-commerce trends, tools, and best practices to share with clients. • Conduct webinars and workshops to educate clients on various features of the Salla platform.
