NDT Level III Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and certified NDT Level III Engineer / Inspector to lead our Non-Destructive Testing operations. In this role, you will serve as the ultimate technical authority for our NDT program. You will be responsible for developing testing procedures, ensuring compliance with international codes and standards, and mentoring and certifying Level I and Level II technicians. 🔧 Key Responsibilities • Procedure Development: Write, review, approve, and maintain NDT procedures, techniques, and work instructions in compliance with applicable codes and standards (e.g., ASME, AWS, ASTM, API, EN, NAS410). • Technical Leadership: Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) to resolve complex inspection anomalies and interpret advanced test data. • Personnel Qualification: Oversee the training, examination, and certification program for all Level I and Level II NDT personnel. • Method Selection: Evaluate engineering drawings and components to determine the most effective NDT methods and equipment for quality control. • Auditing & Compliance: Conduct internal and vendor audits to ensure NDT operations align with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, Nadcap). • Client & Regulatory Liaison: Act as the primary technical point of contact during third-party regulatory audits and client technical reviews.
