Marketing Supervisor

Alomar Holding Company is a leading Saudi-based diversified group specializing in real estate development, property and asset management, and strategic business ventures. As we expand our portfolio, we are seeking a Marketing Supervisor to drive impactful marketing initiatives for our real estate projects in Riyadh. This role is pivotal in shaping the company's market presence and lead generation efforts, working closely with both digital and offline channels. You will lead a dynamic team, collaborate with sales and external partners, and optimize campaigns to achieve ambitious targets. Key responsibilities include: • Lead and supervise the marketing team, overseeing both digital and offline activities • Plan and execute marketing campaigns for real estate projects, including launches and off-plan developments • Manage social media, performance marketing, and lead generation strategies • Coordinate closely with the sales team to align campaigns with inventory and sales targets • Build and maintain relationships with agencies, influencers, and media partners • Track, analyze, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) such as leads, cost per lead (CPL), and conversion rates to maximize campaign effectiveness
