Front of House - Food & Beverage - General Opening

Key responsibilities: • Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction • Greet and seat guests in the dining area • Take orders and serve food and beverages • Provide menu recommendations and answer guest inquiries • Handle cash transactions and process payments • Maintain cleanliness and presentability of the dining area • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery • Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards • Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner Requirements: • Prior experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a front of house role • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays • Basic math skills for cash handling • Food safety and hygiene certification is a plus
