In this role, the Field Compliance Coordinator will ensure adherence to safety regulations and standards within drilling and gas plant operations. The successful candidate will collaborate with field teams, contractors, and management to identify risks, monitor compliance, and implement appropriate safety measures. Responsibilities • Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs specific to drilling and gas plant environments • Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to ensure regulatory compliance • Provide training and guidance to personnel on safety practices and emergency response procedures • Investigate safety incidents and recommend corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and risk management • Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to drilling and gas operations • Ensure documentation and reporting for compliance-related activities are complete and accurate
