As the Senior Manager, you will leverage your expertise to drive project success and foster collaboration among diverse teams, stakeholders, and contractors. Key Responsibilities • Lead the planning and execution of construction projects, coordinating activities to guarantee successful project delivery. • Manage and mentor construction teams, promoting a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. • Develop construction schedules and budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and adherence to timelines. • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. • Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure effective communication and project alignment. • Prepare and present detailed reports on project status, challenges encountered, and solutions implemented to senior management. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other external partners to facilitate project execution. • Drive initiatives to enhance safety practices and ensure adherence to quality standards across all construction activities.
