Contracts Advisor - PMT Experience (Saudi Arabia)

Eram Talent is looking for an experienced Contracts Advisor with PMT (Project Management Team) experience to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a vital part of the ERAM Group's recruitment division, you will provide expert contract management support for capital projects, ensuring compliance and efficient contract execution within the energy and infrastructure sectors. Responsibilities • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to capital projects within the PMT framework • Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and company policies • Collaborate closely with project managers, legal, finance, and procurement teams to manage contract lifecycle • Identify, evaluate, and mitigate contractual risks • Manage contract amendments, claims, and dispute resolution processes • Monitor contract performance to ensure compliance and timely delivery • Maintain accurate documentation and contract records throughout project phases
